I am the first point of contact for the office and enjoy assisting clients with scheduling appointments, answering general questions, and providing an overall excellent client experience. I have an extensive customer service background, and am ready and able to provide key information regarding processing payments and setting up individual IRS accounts. The common questions I receive are regarding payment plans, tax forms and status of returns. I also manage our client portal and ensure successful client onboarding. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time my cat, traveling to visit family, and attending concerts.
I recently completed my Bachelors of Science in Accounting and am actively working towards my enrolled agent licensure. As an Accountant and tax preparer, I like to keep everything organized and running smoothly for business owners. Throughout my schooling and career as an educator, I developed a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to the changing needs of my environment. I thoroughly enjoy working with my business clients in every aspect of their tax and business needs, from employment matters to accounting systems. I appreciate the uniqueness of all of my business clients and look forward to understanding their individual operations. It is my goal to provide excellent service that creates happy and loyal clients. In my spare time I enjoy exploring hiking trails with my husband and dog, catching the latest movies at the theatre and gardening.
My goal at Infinite Tax Solutions is to provide the best client satisfaction I possibly can and assist Alicia and our team to the best of my ability. I bring a wide variety of business and office administration experience. I understand the needs and requirements of business ownership, both as an employee and as an owner. I especially enjoy assisting clients with business formation, aiding with responses to notices from the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Revenue, and managing our office's Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. My skills include HR, bookkeeping, database management, and general business operations. When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and relaxing with a good book.
