We are happy to provide repair services on our jewelry! Please send photos of the damaged piece to hello@jennistuart.com to be assessed by our repair team. If the damage was caused by manufacturer's defect, the jewelry will be repaired or replaced free of charge. If the damage was not caused by manufacturers defect, a quote will provided for the cost of the repair... We don't just know our jewelers, we ARE the jewelers. By cutting out the middlemen, our designs go directly from the bench to your hands. This keeps costs low and gives us complete control over sourcing and materials. Every piece of ethically sourced fine jewelry is made in house.
