LOPEZ-BENN LAW

Edivette Lopez-Benn focuses her practice exclusively on immigration and nationality law. Ms. Lopez-Benn assists clients with removal and deportation proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Board of Immigration Appeals. Her practice also includes assisting clients obtain adjustment of status in the United States, consular representation with the Department of State, and waivers of inadmissibility. In addition, she helps victims of crime, trafficking, and domestic violence obtain U visas, T visas, and immigrant visas under the Violence Against Women Act. Ms. Lopez-Benn also assists clients obtain humanitarian relief such as asylum, Temporary Protected Status, NACARA relief, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Furthermore, Ms. Lopez-Benn helps clients obtain citizenship and disability waivers in connection with citizenship matters.
