Partner Communications Cooperative (PARTNER) was incorporated on November 1, 1955, under the name of Kellogg Telephone Cooperative Association. Today, Partner Communications Cooperative ranks 33 out of 144 based on density with 10.92 customers per square mile. Partner ranks 11 out of 144 based on 3,570 total Housing Units.
