OSTERIA I REBBI

In summer 2013 the Osteria i rebbi opens in an old restored farmstead with a great will to take its chances. It is surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut groves of San Sebastiano hamlet, in Monforte d'Alba, next to Dogliani. Valerio, whose origins are from Asti area, after years of experiences in the best kitchens of Italy, can finally light up his own stoves together with Elena, who is from Monforte, she prepares dessert and takes care of our guests. In a simple and cosy environment you can savour dishes tasting Piedmont traditional, sustainable and finest flavours.
