Alicia is an accomplished Executive Director and community cultivator, leading transformation in impact-driven organisations in Australia and the USA.
In October 2022, Alicia joined Minderoo Foundation in addition to the role of Head of Partnerships for the Impact Missions. Minderoo Foundation is a proudly Australian philanthropy that fights for a fairer future. We incubate ideas, advocate for systems change and accelerate impact.
Recently as Director, Regions and Partnerships for Sustainability Victoria, Alicia worked to accelerate the transition to a circular economy powered by clean energy, delivering Victoria-wide Community Power Hubs, piloting the transition to 7 Star homes, launching and building a Circular Economy Business Innovation Centre, and supporting Victoria's state-wide Single Use Plastic Ban.
In her role as Executive Director of Global Partners for not-for-profit B Lab, Alicia was responsible for the development and management of B Lab's Global Partnerships and supporting the expansion of B Corporations globally while also maintaining the role of Executive Chair of B Lab's Global Governance Council, establishing collective action projects around the world.
Alicia is a Williamson Fellow of Leadership Victoria and graduate of Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership's Executive Colloquium, holding a Masters of Management from Deakin University and a Bachelors Degree in Social Science (Environmental Policy) from RMIT University.

With a passion for technology and the ways in which it can be applied to human-centred design principles, Anthony appreciates working with like-minded organisations to collaborate on projects resulting in intuitive digital experiences.
While working with Portable he has led countless projects across transportation, wayfinding, and multi-modal solutions while working with organisational partners such as Yarra Trams and state-based government departments such The Department of Transport Victoria, and Transport for NSW.

Jon is General Manager with Orygen Digital, the technology division of Orygen Youth Mental Health.
He joined Orygen Digital in 2020 and leads their strategy, operations and business development functions. He is an experienced management consultant with a passion for social equity, sustainability, mental health and wellbeing.
Prior to joining Orygen, he was Principal with Social Ventures Australia (SVA) Consulting, where he helped establish and grow their mental health practice area. At SVA he led a diverse range of strategic planning and impact measurement projects with clients such as the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), Lifeline Australia and Flourish Australia.
He is deeply committed to growing effective philanthropy in Australia and has been a member of The Myer Foundation for more than 15 years, and currently serves as Chair of Australians for Mental Health.

Simon has a strong interest in the legal space, working with the majority of Senior Leadership in Legal Aid Bodies around Australia to help make justice more human-centred and accessible to all. He is a fellow of the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre at Victoria University, a leading justice innovation body, and Senior Honorary Fellow at Melbourne Law School and Melbourne School of Government at The University of Melbourne.
He has led the co-design process across government and for the company over the past 16 years, including extensive work in the digital sector across roles such as the Australian Ambassador for the New York-based International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, dubbed the Oscars for Online, and past National President of AIMIA, the peak digital body in Australia at the time.
