Claire Greenwood has more than 15 years experience within Quantum Synergetics and the Telecoms industry. She has worked in most areas of the business, including Customer Services and Sales, Procurement and Service Delivery to gain an in-depth knowledge of the product, processes and systems involved. Claire uses her expertise and understanding of customer requirements to deliver a first class service to the customer.
Dean Ackrill joined Quantum Synergetics in September 2000. He was formerly an Audit Manager at Eden Currie accountancy practice. Dean has worked in accountancy since 1987 and has previously worked as a consultant in areas such as management accounts, financial audits and tax. He is responsible for all finances of the Quantum Synergetics Group.

Frank Hodder joined Quantum Synergetics from outsource company Tyco Sabre in 2000, after more than 20 years with Cable&Wireless in a wide variety of roles. Frank joined Quantum Synergetics in the capacity of New Business Development Manager, taking responsibility for increasing the sales portfolio. Since joining the company Frank has been promoted and now operates as Business Development Director and not only has responsibility for increasing the sales portfolio he also has a strategic account management role for companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Everything Everywhere and Cable&Wireless Worldwide.

John Greenwood is the founder and owner of Quantum Synergetics and the Quantum Synergetics Group. Since first supplying the industry in 1987, John has evolved with the market and has always believed in the philosophy of turnkey services. His vision meant that the company was already providing cost effective outsourcing services before it became prominent when the market collapsed in 2001.

Peter joined Quantum Synergetics in August 2007. Peter's experience covers both sales of services and product into the Telecoms market. His career started in 1977 as a Design Engineer for ITT Cannon. Moving into a sales career in 1990, Peter has enjoyed a number of sales roles for both manufacturing and service related oganisations. At Quantum Synergetics, he is now responsible for External Sales, Product Management and Marketing.
