We are not absentee landlords who live outside the City and count on others to respond to tenant issues, sign leases, meet with parents and upkeep properties... We are involved property owners. We care about the properties we own and we care about our tenants. We respond to student concerns quickly so parents feel confident that our homes are safe and secure.
