River City Graphics is a small design and print shop located in the Lynnhaven area of Virginia Beach. We offer a wide range of services and products, with unique capabilities in specialty finishes like soft touch laminates and foil, as well as free-form digital die cutting... Founded in 1971 by Cary Shreve, River City Graphics was originally located in Dumont, New Jersey. In 1999, Shreve and his wife moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia where River City flourished in the Town Center area for just shy of 20 years... River City is run by Graphic Designer and Executive Director, Amy Hux, who has been with River City since 2012.
