Dr Nimisha Sharma She has completed her MBBS from Mahatma Gandhi Medical College, Indore. She is a gold medalist and was also awarded the prestigious MGM blue award for achieving 1st rank in entire MBBS.She completed her post graduation from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, where she was awarded DNB Ophthalmology by the National Board of Examination, Delhi After post graduation, she has successfully completed Carl Zeiss Glaucoma Fellowship from Narayana Nethralaya, Bangalore.
o In addition to this, she has also completed other short term fellowships where she gained expertise in phacoemulsification technique of cataract surgery at esteemed institutes like Choithram Nethralaya, Indore & Sankara Eye Hospital, Bangalore She has worked previously as a consultant in various esteemed institutes like Narayana Nethralaya & Vasan eye hospitals in Bangalore.She has also won awards at various national & international conferences

Dr. Pooja Kandula is an efficient and dedicated doctor, currently working as consultant at Win Vision Eye hospital, Vijayawada. She is specialized in Retina - Medical retina, Vitreo retinal Surgery and ROP management.
She is skilled at diagnosing and managing all kinds of vitreo-retinal diseases. Specialised in Retinopathy of prematurity management.

She completed her MBBS from, Sri Devraj Urs Medical College, Karnataka (Gold medalist in ANATOMY). She pursued MS (ophthalmology) from Kasturba medical college, Mangalore, Karnataka (Manipal University, Manipal) (Best outgoing student Award). She has accomplished her Fellowship in Vitreoretinal surgery from Amrita Institute of Medical sciences, Kochi, Kerala.
An alumnus of Kakatia Medical College Dr. C. Sarada is a renowned Doctor of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She has worked as Senior Registrar in a Private Hospital in Khammam in the Dept of Gynaecology and Obstetrics. Her entrepreneurial instincts led her to start her own hospital at Vyra, Khammam Dist in 1987. She shifted her base to Hyderabad in 1992 and took over the present Hospital, Vijaya Krishna Nursing Home, in Sanatnagar, Hyderabad. The hospital now boasts of a lavish and sprawling building of its own.
In the last 28 years of Private practice Dr. Sarada has conducted more than 6000 deliveries, and other Gynaec procedures. She is a member of Obstetric and Gynaecological Society, Hyderabad and has attended number of Clinical Meetings, Workshops and Conferences.

Dr. Sreelakshmi Nimmagadda has completed her MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal in 1988 . She did her post graduation in Opthalmology from Sarojini Devi Hospital Hyderabad in 1996 Since then she has dedicated herself in pursuing her expertise in latest evolving technologies for cataract & refractive surgeries such as Lasik & ICL.
With 18 years of experience in Maxivision, Dr. Sreelakshmi is the first woman ophthalmologist in world to perform Femtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery . She was co-investigator and principal investigator in Femto Second Laser studies for Tecnolas, Bosch & Lomb Munich, Germany. She participated in several national & international conferences & presented free paper & also she was invited as guest speaker for various conferences.
Currently she is working as Managing Director for WIN VISION EYE HOSPITALS, Hyderabad.
Dr. Surendranath, an MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, has worked as a Senior Registrar in the Dept. of Pediatrics at MGM Hospital, Warangal from 1982 to 1985. He started his own hospital at Vyra, Khammam Dist in 1987. Followed by in the year 1992, Dr. Surendranath shifted to Hyderabad and took over the present Hospital, Vijaya Krishna Nursing Home, in Sanatnagar, Hyderabad. In the last 28 years of Private Practice, Dr. Surendranath has performed more than 3000 Caesarean Sections and General Surgeries and has been catering to middle and lower middle income groups with passion and service motive.

Hon. Secretary of Indian Medical Association (Hyderabad North Branch) since 2011. He has been unanimously elected for the said post since last 5 years
Hon.Secretary of Dr. N. Appa Rao Family Security Scheme of IMA. This is a scheme meant for the welfare of the doctors wherein the family of the doctor gets Rs 20,00,000/- in the event of his/her death. The amount is contributed by all the members of the scheme.
