Being a part of one of the most polluting industries in the world, makes us wonder how we can improve our practises. Our values led us to adopt internationally recognised standards to assure the making of our garments will actively reduce the ecological footprint of our activity. Not yet satisfied, we are working to be carbon neutral factory in ten years, producing clean energy, reducing our waste and reforesting areas nearby... Founded in April 1st, 1981, by Manoel Baptista and his wife, Maria de Lourdes Torquato Soares, in Taíde, Póvoa de Lanhoso, it has gradually expanded from a modest regional business into an international manufacturing company.
