Janelle Simpson

A Cairns Local, Janelle recently joined the Conveyancing Team at Preston Law in 2021. Janelle has worked in the Legal Industry for over 20 years having worked as both a Conveyancer and Settlements Clerk. Janelle has a keen eye for detail and strives for client satisfaction.

Kathryn Smith

Kathryn has been providing advice to clients for the purchase and sale of residential property for 15 years including the review and drafting of property contracts and other documents. Working with purchasers and sellers of houses, units and vacant land, whether it is their first home or are property investors, Kathryn's strong professional work ethic and positive demeanour make dealing with property a positive and smooth experience.

Madison Fry

Working with clients from across North Queensland, Madison is here to ensure settlements happen on time and on budget. She has an eye for detail and is determined to help her clients get into their new homes on schedule. Whether they are buying or selling, Madison's clients look to her for help with their unit, house, and vacant land transactions. Madison completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2022.

Morgan Currie

Morgan joined the firm as a legal secretary in 2020. With over 5 years' experience assisting with personal compensation claims, Morgan has an interest in Conveyancing and Property and transitioned into our Conveyancing team in 2021. Morgan completed her Bachelor of Laws in 2022. In her downtime, she enjoys keeping active and spending time with her family.

Rebekah Hanegraaf

After 7 years in Real Estate, Rebekah joins our Conveyancing Team. Her experience with assisting people to sell, purchase and lease property greatly assists her clientele in residential property settlements. Outside of work Rebekah enjoys spending time with her young family and keeping active.
