Aleksandar Vujičić was educated at the Belgrade University with final degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bar Exam, During his twenty year career, Aleksandar acquired a vast operational and international experience in the area of the prevention of money laundering and financial crime. While he was working in the area of the law enforcement, he acquired a valuable international experience through cooperation with the DEA, FBI, Royal Mounted Police, Australian Police and several European law enforcement departments.
After working in the police, he was the Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Serbia for six years. In that period, with his team he managed to establish an efficient AML/CFT system, which resulted in a manifold increase in the number of court verdicts and criminal charges for money laundering, the improvement of the preventive part of the system, as well as in international cooperation which, among other things, consisted of providing assistance to other countries in the development of their systems (Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Montenegro, Turkmenistan, etc.). He was head of Serbian delegation in several international organisations (Egmont, Council of Europe - Moneyval, Euro Asian Group, etc.). As a consultant, he developed NRA methodology for AML/CFT for Ukraine and Uzbekistan. He is assisting foreign investors to invest in Serbia and promote export of Serbian products and technology. As a result of the team work, in 2012, he was announced as the Person of the Year in the area of the struggle against corruption by the OSCE Mission in Serbia.
Aleksandar Vujičić joined CBA as Legal & Tax Expert in June 2015, wth a special focus on M&A transactions.
Allan Yap graduated in 1996 with ACCA and now holding professional membership of ACCA UK, CPA of Singapore and CA of Malaysia. Finance professional who has extensive experience in management, corporate planning, accounts, trade and corporate finance, operations, HR, tax, audit, IT and consultancy. Allen Yap has been actively handling senior Management and CFO role. Highly experience in managing Group Companies include handling of more than 50 entities in a group and heading various Accounts, Finance, Operations, Legal and IT departments with staff strength of almost 30. Excellent peoples management skills, dynamic leadership, with communication as a key strength which has helped build, establish and maintain staff moral and working momentum to create a dynamic and efficient working environment to produce excellent and smooth operations.
Allen Yap joined CBA's global network in February 2015 as Associated Tax Adviser and Chartered Accountant.
Alpha Sampil joined CBA Cross Border Associates as Legal Adviser in Conokry, Republic of Guinea in August 2019.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, investors and their families. He holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law from Adelaide University, as well as a Masters of Law (in Taxation and International Law) from Melbourne University. Andrew is admitted to practice law in Australia and the United Kingdom. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Taxation Institute of Australia (TIA), a Fellow (and a founding member of the Adelaide Chapter) of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), and a member of the Law Societies of NSW and SA.

Andrés Jara Baader is a Founder Advisor of Alster with a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He is a recipient of the Luis Gutierrez Alliende award for best student of his generation in commercial law (2005). He has a Master in Law and Business (MLB) from Bucerius Hochschule für Rechtswissenschaft and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Hamburg, Germany (2009). He also has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile (2012). He was a foreign lawyer at CMS Hasche Sigle in Hamburg, Germany (2009), an associate attorney at Jara Del Favero Abogados (2006-2008), a senior associate attorney at Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz (2009-2011), legal counsel at GlencoreXstrata (2011-2013), and general counsel of Aconcagua S.A., the real estate arm of Salfacorp S.A. (2013-2015). He has also been a Professor of Marketing and Research Associate at the CGCUC Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2006. Furthermore, he has taught the course Contemporary Challenges of In-House Counsel since 2015 at the UC LLM. He has been published on matters of corporate governance and a speaker at seminars on financing structures. He is a member of the Bar Association of Chile and a mentor of Endeavor Chile.
His expertise lies in providing advisory legal services on various types of corporate matters having accumulated a wealth of experience in the development, administration, coordination and management of in-house counsel, together with the definition and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and information management systems. He has designed accountability mechanisms, implemented contractual models and best practices, generated and managed risk matrices, implemented policies to prevent crime, advised directors and managers on risk mitigation, negotiated complex contracts, financing, partnerships and new business, defined legal and commercial strategies, and managed investment fund structures and alternative project financing.

Angelo Aristodimou is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the finance industry. Skilled in audit, accounting, financial planning, internal controls, tax planning and company formations and structure.
Angelo is a strong accounting professional with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance and is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Angelo Aristodimou joined CBA's Global Alliance as Tax Adviser in Cyprus in July 2018.
Anna Kim (Korea) joined CBA in March 2023 as a management consultant. Previously, Ms Kim worked as a private equity and corporate client advisor for five years.
Prior to joining CBA, Ms Kim worked in investment banking in Shanghai China, where she focused on M&A transactions. She also worked for SEZ with government institutions in the city of Changchun in China.
She mainly sourced small to mid-sized cross-border transactions in various sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, TMT, automotive, F&B and entertainment.
Her clients include Fosun Capital, DeepSea Games, DR. LASER GROUP, 上海东方丽人整形, Dongxiang Group, ITC Group, Langrong Investment, CINELINE and Korean entrepreneurs.
Currently, Ms Kim works out of Korea and serves the China, ASEAN and Africa markets in corporate services.
She holds an MA in Chinese Culture from Fudan University and an MPA from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Asad Reman was educated at Higher Senior Cambridge from University of Cambridge 1969/70. His majors where in English, Urdu B Oral, Mathematics, Additional Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology. He finished his education in Pakistan with the Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Punjab in 1981. Further education: Bachelor of Business Administration. Asad is a self-motivated individual with many years of experience in the field of business development, customer services, sales, marketing and operations, with an extensive background in the F.M.C.G, plastics and paper industry. He is exceedingly organised with excellent communication and customer-service skills. His attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to adapt gracefully to almost any situation has made him an asset to each team that he has been a part of.

Carmen Sánchez Murillo is currently Phd Candidate in "Financial Tax Law at La Mancha Castilla University. She is Director of the Tax Department of Grupo Camacho S.A. in the Centro-Amerian region, specially focused on Panamá. Otherwise, she obtained a Master's Degree in "Tax Advisory" at the Science and Technology Latin-American University in 2006.

During the following four years, through further acquisitions I successfully expanded this international lab services business on behalf of SYNLAB as their Executive Vice President.

Mr. Sampil holds a double master's degree in Private law and Business Law from the University of Paris X-Nanterre, France. Starting his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2006, he later joined the Australian company NRW, specialising in civil and mining construction for the RIO TINTO Group (SIMANDOU project). In 2012, Mr Sampil joined the legal and fiscal firm C2A Guinea, a partner of SarrauThomasCouderc France (KPMG group). Throughout his career m Sampil has acquired significant experience in the mining field, notably through his time in these different international groups.

Alessandro M. Lerro is an Italian attorney who has been advising for more than 25 years in innovation and new technologies, matching a deep expertise in both intellectual property and finance.
Cofounder of a management consulting group operating in Europe, he is frequently part of international strategy teams. Chairman and board member of several companies, Alessandro served as legal expert also for institutions and public entities and has been appointed in Advisory Boards of Scientific Committees of business associations.

Christopher Friedel, educated in medicine at the University of Goettingen, graduated his Doctor Thesis with Magna Cum Laude 1996 at same university, and completed his Management Acceleration Programme at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Christopher is a physician trained in Internal Medicine (Cardiology, Angiology, and Pulmonology) and practiced as Assistant Doctor in hospitals in Duesseldorf and Dresden for four years. He started his business career in January 2000 in the medical department of Sanofi. End of 2004 Christopher joined GSK to become head of marketing for Antithrombotics/ Cardiovascular in Germany and after one year also in Europe. For this role he relocated to Paris. He was involved in business development deals and due diligence procedures over a period of several years. Back in Germany in 2008 Christopher took over the respsonsibility for his employer's Vaccine business. In 2010 he left GSK to set up the entity and a team of 10 in Germany for Human Genome Sciences. Following the acquisition of HGS by GSK, Christopher joined Sigma-Tau as Managing Director in Munich to relocate the business from Duesseldorf to Munich and restructure the organisation. After successfull completion Christopher moved on to Cubist Pharmaceuticals to set up their entities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With strong medical expertise, a proven record of building and establishing (bio-) pharmaceutical companies in Germany, and successful Change Management activities in several key positions over many years, Christopher became an effective team player in pharmaceutical corporations.

David Mark Kennet is an internationally recognized economic consultant who has published widely in professional economics journals. Dr. Kennet earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin and served on the faculties of the University of California - Santa Cruz, Tulane University, Johns Hopkins University, and George Washington University, and has lectured at numerous universities and other institutions around the world. Perhaps best known for his work in developing analytical engineering-economic cost models in telecommunications used by regulators in the U.S., Peru, and in other countries, Dr. Kennet has also published articles on applied econometrics and analyzing the effects of deregulation on the airline industry. Dr. Diana Ribeiro is a legal, tax & investment adviser. The areas of her expertise encompass corporate and commercial law, tax law, employment law, international contracts and company set-up.

D. graduate from the University of Vienna in Marketing and Technology (1987), and a Business Case Study Program graduate from Harvard and Stanford Universities (1988 and 1990), Dr. Gregory Gettinger begins his career with PepsiCo International as a Marketing Trainee and Franchise Manager in Vienna.
Gábor Szűcs was educated at the ELTE University Budapest, Gábor has started his career as a trainee lawyer at a state owned company in 1989. In 1990 he joined to the Law Firm Nr. 3. of Budapest as apprentice attorney-at-law. In 1991 he joined to STL Law Firm and mainly dealt with insolvency matters. In 1996 he established his own law firm and started to work as outside legal advisor of Philips Group in Hungary. Melik Jemail is a senior bank executive who worked since 1998 with the Tunisian branch of the leading financial institution of the Arab World: Arab Bank Group, of which many years of a solid experience as a successful manager of different branches.
