PMS.Cliptest is a software which, in conjunction with special switches, enables the wire-free detection and evaluation of these mechanically actuated buttons. This solution can be used wherever the presence of mechanical attachments must be checked, as is necessary in cable harness production, for example. The add-on parts are registered via small radio switches on the assembly or test boards. No wiring work on the boards is necessary for the system setup, which simplifies and accelerates going live enormously. This automated check of the assembly saves time compared to a manual check and reduces the error rate in the long term. The documentation of the production, which is also generated automatically in this way, supports your documentation obligations of quality management.
