With a Degree in Audiovisual Communication, Alba Saldaña is passionate about creativity, content creation, and design. Her experience working at television and advertising for international companies taught her how to be responsible and to have a critical eye for coordination and communication.
At Evolution, she is part of the Marketing department where she enjoys developing new strategies and creating engaging content.
Alberto holds a Degree in Biology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, specializing in environmental biology. He has experience in Environmental Consultancy, especially in the fields of fresh water quality control, environmental flows prescription, nature conservation, taxonomy, sample preparation and analysis. In 2011 he moved to Ireland where he gained broad experience dealing with the management and communication of EU projects funded under different European initiatives and programs (FP7, H2020 and Erasmus +, among others).
Within the European Project Department of Evolution, he works as an intermediary between the European Commission and Evolution's clients. At national and regional levels, he analyzes different funding programs and support clients to ensure proper implementation of their innovative projects.

Alberto has a degree in Business Management and Administration and is currently doing a part-time Master of Economic-Financial Management. He has over five years of experience in the sector as an economic consultant, and as such is an expert in identifying public grant and R&D taxation opportunities.
Alberto is a sport and music enthusiast and likes to travel around the world.

Alex is French with a degree in Economics and Finance. Studying and living in 4 different countries (Spain, France, Colombia, South Korea) have allowed him to be open-minded, ambitious and to appreciate multicultural environments. He specializes in the French and Swiss market. Alex speaks French, English and Spanish.

Ana studied Journalism at the Complutense University of Madrid and coursed Community Manager studies through the UNED Foundation. After that, she worked in media, record labels, and audiovisual production companies.
As a communication lover at all levels, she has opted for interpersonal communication, developing Office Manager and receptionist tasks in recent years.
She likes crafts and cats, passions that she combines knitting toys and accessories for these little felines. She also enjoys travelling to broaden horizons and discover new cultures and flavours.
Belén holds a Double Degree in Business Administration and Law from the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid. After completing her studies, she has developed her professional career providing accounting and tax services at companies from different sectors, a task that she is currently developing at Evolution.
Outside working hours, she is really into music, nature and she enjoys spending time with her family.

Carlos is a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Rey Juan Carlos University. He has worked for over 6 years in telemarketing and call centres. He is also experienced in sales.
In his free time, you can find him skiing or biking; he also likes spending time with his friends and family, listening to live music and reading books.
Carlos holds a Degree in Industrial Technical Engineering (specializing in Industrial Chemistry) from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He has more than 10 years of experience in both consulting and auditing and certification. He is also experienced in providing support in public financing and tax incentives for technological projects and R&D. He is passionate about motorcycles and a lover of nature and outdoor activities.
Carolina completed a degree in Law at the Complutense University of Madrid and then went on to do a Master's in Law. With over 3 years of experience working for an array of law firms in Madrid where she has learned to provide the highest level of service and to understand clients needs and consolidated her knowledge in Civil and Administrative Law. She is passionate about crossfit, as well as fashion and enjoys good food and healthy living.
Daniel obtained his degree in Biotechnology from the Francisco de Vitoria University. After that, he decided to study a Master's degree in Business Administration and another one in Biomedical Research at the University of Valladolid.
He began his career in the field of laboratory research and continued working on funding management for R&D projects and national and regional tax incentives for companies from multiple sectors, an area in which he has several years of experience.
Open-minded, adventurous, and passionate about badminton. Outside the office, Daniel likes to go on mountain routes with his dog. He also enjoys nature, and, even more, with family and friends.

David has a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Granada, having completed the last two years in the speciality of Environmental Engineering at the University of Milan. After his training, his professional experience has been based on advising companies from different sectors to make their R&D and environmental-related projects and investments profitable, with a personalised and high added value approach.
He understands that the consulting industry must be focused on the needs of the client, with pillars such as honesty and transparency, generating mutual trust to meet expectations and create new business synergies.
In his free time, he likes to enjoy family, friends, nature, gastronomy and dog training, an area in which he is registered to practice, having his own methodology.
David has a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Valladolid and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the College of Political Scientists and Sociologists of Madrid.
His goal is to learn day by day and implement strategic solutions that allow the development of people and therefore of companies.
He enjoys family, sports, mountains and friends.
Dolores holds a BS in Computer Sciences from the University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain as well as an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University at Baltimore, USA. In her 20 + years professional career, Dolores has worked in several positions (technical and managerial) within the Information Technologies (IT) and Business Development Departments in several organizations both in USA and Spain. Within the European Project Department at Evolution, Dolores oversees Project Management activities, supporting companies in their project entire lifecycle. A nature lover, she enjoys trekking and long after-meals chats.
Elisa holds a Biochemistry Degree from the University of Malaga and a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, doing the internship for her Master's dissertation in the laboratory of Nephrology in "Fundación Jiménez Díaz".
In 2019 she started a course about R&D Consulting in the Institute of Business Research in Madrid while acquiring practical experience in Evolution. Elisa enjoys her free time practicing sport and dance as well as doing activities in nature.
Esther has a degree in chemical Engineering and a Master in Business Administration. With more than ten years of experience in consulting, in recent years she has focused on the management of public financing and tax deduction for research and development activities for different industrial sectors, her constant training and experience have allowed her to specialize in the identification, diagnosis and management of financing of national programs in Spain.
In her free time, she enjoys walks in the mountains with her family and loves to travel.

Eva has a Diploma of Higher Education in Business Administration and Finance. Having been a long-standing member of Evolution since 2011, starting at Innova Consulting and then now continuing at Evolution, she has been a participant in the growth of both companies. She has collaborated with the administrative management of national and European grants, and in the administrative support for R&D Deductions and Tax Credit Departments. Currently, she is the Director of the Administration and Finance Department, working closely with the Company Management.
Eva enjoys being a part of the Evolution team as this implies always looking to the future to see what can be offered to clients as a result of Evolution's continual improvement. Outside of the office, Eva has three main passions: music, as great source of inspiration, relaxation and recuperation; travel both inside and outside of the Spanish borders to broaden natural, cultural, and social horizons; and of course, family.

Fernando is an Industrial Technical Engineer (specialised in industrial electronics), and he has also a degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from the University of Valladolid.
He holds complementary training in the field of innovation management through the Training Programme on R&D Management from Castilla y León. He has more than five years of experience managing R&D funding projects, and tax incentives in several national and regional programmes for companies from different sectors.
In his spare time, he likes to watch sports and exercise, mainly he enjoys playing indoor football.

- Environmental Scientist With an Erasmus Mundus Master
- Senior Innovation Consultant
Álvaro is an Environmental Scientist with an Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Industrial Ecology and Ecological Economics. He has been professionally engaged in urban metabolism, life cycle assessment and waste management in different research institutions in Spain, France and Serbia. Álvaro is also involved in social entrepreneurship, having co-founded a nonprofit organisation in the regenerative sustainability field.
Since 2017, Álvaro has been working with Evolution, first as a freelance writer and now as an Innovation Consultant. Learning about cutting-edge technology in many different science fields is what he enjoys the most.
In his free time, Álvaro likes to read, walk, work out and eat well.
