Mr. Fowler is a Central graduate, class of 1995, and currently works at Merck Pharmaceuticals as a Process Improvement and Project Management Office Associate Director. Both of his parents were lifelong public-school teachers in the Readington sending district. Mr. Fowler received a BSIT degree from the University of Phoenix and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt designation from Villanova University's College of Professional Studies. He is currently studying for his Master of Science Degree in Information Systems, Technology Management Cognate at Liberty University. He also holds an (unofficial) Doctorate degree from the ‘school of life'. He and his family live in Delaware Township where he also serves as a member on the Delaware Township Zoning Board of Adjustments.

Mrs. Kellogg graduated from Alfred University in 1994 with degrees in Environmental Studies and Geology, and from Indiana University in 2003 with a Master's degree in Geology. She is a professional geologist, licensed in Pennsylvania and New York, and has worked in environmental consulting for approximately 30 years. Mrs. Kellogg and her family moved to East Amwell in 2001. She has served on the Hunterdon Central Board since 2020 and was elected Board Vice President in January 2023. In addition to her position on the Board, Mrs. Kellogg has volunteered with the East Amwell Environmental Commission and the Hunterdon Land Trust. She currently volunteers on the Board of Directors of the National Groundwater Association and PFAS Solutions.

Mr. Rymar graduated from Ithaca College in 2003 and started his career in healthcare that same year. He's specialized in Business Development and Clinical Education for the past 19 years and for the past 11 years has worked in the field of Proton Radiation Oncology. He served on the Board of Directors for The National Association for Proton Therapy, which is dedicated to improving patient access to proton therapy for the treatment of cancer on a national scale. He has a passion for lifelong education and has lived in Raritan Township with his wife and three kids since 2017.

Mrs. Santangelo received a Bachelor's degree with a major in Psychology and minor in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University. She enjoyed a 25+ year career in Human Resources. She has lived in Readington Township for the past five years with her husband and son, both Hunterdon Central graduates, and her mom and two rescue dogs. Mrs. Santangelo has always been involved in volunteer service and is looking forward to her newly elected position as BOE member at Central.

Mrs. Blutfield received a bachelor's degree in Economics/Business from Lafayette College in 1987 and an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 1992. She and her husband have lived in Readington Township since 1993 and have raised their family there. Their three sons graduated from Hunterdon Central in 2013, 2016, and 2019. Prior to deciding to stay home full-time with her children, Mrs. Blutfield worked for investment banking firm Goldman, Sachs & Company, then managed investments for the Pension and Savings Plans at AT&T and Johnson &Johnson. She has served two previous terms on Hunterdon Central's Board of Education, from 2014 through 2019, and was the Board Vice President in 2018 and 2019. Other current volunteer work includes working as an Alumni Admissions Representative for Lafayette College.

Noelle O'Donnell (she/her/hers) is currently serving her second consecutive elected term on the Board, serving as Vice President from January 2020 through December 2021. She received her Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Rutgers University and completed both undergraduate and graduate coursework in clinical social work at New York University, where she developed her passion for working with teens and adolescents. Her prior work experience at the Carrier Clinic and the Richard Hall Community Mental Health Center focused on adult and adolescent mental health, which taught her that every person has something important to offer and must find their own unique path in life. Noelle and her husband have lived in Flemington Borough for 18 years and have 4 children.

Mrs. Petersen received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999 and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina Law School in 2005. She is a member of the state bars of North Carolina and New Jersey and served as an assistant prosecutor in Essex County. Mrs. Petersen and her family moved to Hunterdon County in 2013 so that her children could attend the Flemington-Raritan and Hunterdon Central School Districts. Mrs. Petersen has volunteered her time with the Barley Sheaf PTO and library, as well as serving on the FRSD Climate Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.

Born in Manhattan and raised in Queens, NY. Sandra Gong (she/hers) received a BA in biology from Cornell University, a MPA from New York University and a MBA with concentrations in finance/accounting and corporate relations from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. She was a hospital administrator for 5 years before working in human resources for Citibank, NA for 3 years, and for Merck & Co., Inc. for 18 years. Ms. Gong along with her husband and daughters moved to Hunterdon County in 2005. She and her husband have lived in New Jersey for almost 30 years. She volunteered at the Robert Hunter Elementary School and the Readington Flemington Intermediate School libraries. Currently, she volunteers her time with the Flemington Area Food Pantry and the Friends of the Hunterdon County Library.

Mrs. Duggan has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware with a concentration in Business and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She and her family have lived in Raritan Township for over 18 years. Mrs. Duggan has over 25 years of business experience and has held various positions in finance, marketing, and data analytics. Prior to being elected to the Hunterdon Central Board of Education, Mrs. Duggan served as a board member for the Flemington-Raritan Girls Softball League.
