I offer a number of classes in and around Ipswich area. You are welcome to drop in an try a class... I went to my first yoga class when I was 19 and have practiced yoga ever since. My motivation has been to understand the reality of our existence. I have always had a deep faith but wasn't ever satisfied with what the Christian Church offered as an explanation and way of living life in connection with the spiritual worlds, and like many turned to other sources of knowledge in order to find answers. After finding that first yoga class I have tried out many different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Iyengar and also many other different and sometimes exotic hatha yoga classes. In my early 20's I discovered the Sivananda Centre in London and first experienced more theory and reason behind the physical practice of yoga... Yoga that can enrich your whole life.
