We donate 25% of our commission earned on the sale of the home back to the Buyers. Upon receipt of our commission, Aros Realty will issue a cheque for 25% of the commission earned by our brokerage for the sales transaction to the buyer represented on the contract of the sale. In accordance with Ontario laws, cheques can be made only to a party of the transaction. Note that actual buyers rebate is based on the sold price, and actual commission earned and received by Aros Realty. 2.5% commission is used in this calculation.
