Alicia Loomis knows that the details of a Personal Injury or Civil matter are essential. Ms. Loomis takes the time to listen and interview each client to ensure that she learns every detail of a case. Then together with her team of paralegals and other MCV Law attorneys, she investigates the law and facts to build the best case.
Ms. Loomis enjoys working with the Workers' Compensation and Social Security attorneys at MCV Law as she understands that an integrated approach produces the best result.
Alicia's career as a lawyer follows her time as a music teacher in Waterville and New Hartford near Utica, New York. She earned degrees from the Eastman School of Music and Ithaca College, and graduated magna cum laude Syracuse University College of Law. Ms. Loomis proudly serves as a board member of the Central New York Women's Bar Association. She resides in Manlius, New York, with her husband and children, where she is involved in many community activities.
Bethany Nicoletti believes every sick or injured person deserves to be treated with compassion and understanding. Ms. Nicoletti balances the realities of the law and the facts of a case in a manner you can understand. Ms. Nicoletti received her B.A. from Ithaca College and graduated cum laude from University at Buffalo Law School in 2013. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Injured Workers' Bar Association of New York. Bethany grew up in Cayuga County and lives with her husband and children in Onondaga County.

Joining MCV Law immediately after law school in 2010, Mr. Stringham guides our clients through the complex Workers' Compensation system. Chris is proud to work with our dedicated team and strives every day to improve our process. Mr. Stringham is a Liverpool native who played lacrosse in high school and at Hobart and William Smith. A self-described foody, Chris and his wife, Kimberly, seek out exciting foods, venues, and flavors when he is not playing golf.
He graduated from Western New England University School of Law. Mr. Stringham is admitted to all New York Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Chris is a member of the Central New York Occupational Health Clinic Advisory Board and serves on the Executive Board of the Injured Workers' Bar Association of New York.

Gary Valerino works with a diverse range of businesses to solve disputes and help them achieve and maintain success. He pays particular attention to the ever-changing world of Landlord-Tenant Law. Paula Highers brings her unique skills as a CNA in direct patient care to MCV Law's Estate Planning and Administration practice. With her experience, Paula brings an outlook and knowledge which is beyond most attorneys'. Additionally, Ms. Highers' understanding of residential and commercial real estate adds to MCV Law's ability to handle complex estate planning and administration matters. She works with a number of paralegals who offer substantial experience in this field. Her team strives to provide timely, comprehensive planning and administration of both simple and complex matters.
Ms. Highers joined MCV Law in 2016 shortly after graduating from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. A lifelong resident of Madison County, Paula was elected to the Town of Eaton Legislature in 2021. Paula is active with the Morrisville Lions Club, the Madison County Rural Health Council, the Madison County Children's Camp (Camp Lookout), and enjoys photography during her off hours.

Richard Derrick has litigated cases in New York since 2010. Since joining MCV Law in 2015, he has focused his practice on landlord services, contracts, and civil litigation. He strongly advocates for small landlords who often are forgotten or mixed in with large conglomerates. Rich works with a team of seasoned paralegals who know how to correctly bring matters to a successful outcome.
Mr. Derrick is available daily to answer questions for clients enrolled in MCV Law's Landlord Subscription service. Working closely with the Landlord Services team, he represents landlords throughout the Central New York Area.
Mr. Derrick received a B.A. from Colgate University and a J.D. from Roger Williams University.

Tricia Stegemann concentrates her practice in all areas of Personal Injury and Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiffs who are injured in the course of their employment and construction site accidents. She offers our clients over 30 years of experience in this field, having graduated from Albany Law School in 1988. Tricia has always applied a team approach to her representation of injured plaintiffs and emphasizes communication with her clients.
Tricia is admitted to all New York State courts. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. She has been a valuable member of the MCV Law team since 2018.
Tricia has also been actively engaged in her community, serving as a youth leader at Christ Church Manlius and on the executive committee of the FMASCFA, which raised money and constructed the stadium turf field for the FM School District. She continues to serve her community as an election inspector with the Onondaga County Board of Elections.
