OMEGA TECHNICAL SERVICES

It was back in 1994 when Omega was formed by Mr Colin Garton. Colin started out as the only employee for Omega and landed a nice contract replacing fluorescent lamps in refrigerated drinks cabinets UK wide for Shell garages. From there on, Colin widened his skills by starting to repair Coffee Machines and offer PAT Testing to his existing clients. It wasn't long before Colin had to recruit his first engineer to even out the workload... Omega Technical Services, based in Wrexham, North Wales provides commercial catering equipment maintenance and repair services throughout North Wales and the North West... Through working as an installation and commissioning agent for BKI in Reading, Omega managed to seal a massive service contract for supermarket giants Tesco. Although a daunting task to manage a service contract that was UK wide with a 4 hour response, Omega stepped up to the mark and produced some impressive KPI's with above 90% first time fix ratios.
