Mr. McKenzie is past president of the Kansas Association of REALTORS® (2000), past president of the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS® (1989) and has served on numerous boards and civic organizations in his thirty year career in real estate in Wichita, Kansas. A 1971 graduate of Long Island University in New York City, New York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management. Mr. McKenzie holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Management Designation (CRB) from the National Association of REALTORS®, the Accredited Buyers Representative Designation from the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council (REBAC) (ABR) and is a member of the Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI).
Mr. McKenzie currently serves on the board of directors for Real Estate Business Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kansas Association of REALTORS®; Kansas Association of REALTORS®; Plaza Real Estate, Inc; Plaza New Homes, Inc., and the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS.

Ms. Vaught has over twenty-five years of business administration with the majority being in the real estate industry dealing directly with relocation and third party dynamics as well as office administration.
Ms. Vaught earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Newman University in 1989 and holds her RCC (RELO Certified Coordinator) designation. Under Ms. Vaught's direction, Plaza Real Estate was the past recipient of the Genesis Builder's Group Award for Outgoing Referral Production, Genesis Top 5 (49-149 agents) for Incoming Conversation Ratio, RELO Million Dollar Club Awards for Outgoing Referral Production and Incoming Referral Sales, the RELO Honor Roll Award, and The Associates Relocation Bulls Eye Award. Ms. Vaught served as the RELO Regional Representative of the Coordinator's Council (1989-91) and the RELO State Representative (1989-93). Ms. Vaught has attended various relocation conferences including the RELO Annual and Regional Conferences and the Employee Relocation Council Conferences. Ms. Vaught was a panelist at the RELO Annual Conferences in 1990 and 1991.
Ms. Vaught oversees all general and business operations of Plaza Real Estate, Inc. including human resources, accounting and relocation.
Ms. Vaught has participated in various Charitable Events and Fundraisers including acting as the Team Leader for Plaza Real Estate, Inc. and the Luminaria Committee Co-Chair for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life annual event.

After graduating from Iola High School, Sharon moved to Wichita to attend the Wichita Business College and then Wichita State University. After working in several offices, Sharon became a licensed real estate agent in 1978. Sharon joined Plaza Real Estate, Inc. in 1982 and has been the Managing Broker for the West office since 1985 as Senior Vice-President.
Ms. West has a Broker's license and has attained the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of the Realtor Institute. She has attended all the State conferences and many of the National meetings over the last twenty years.
In 1984 Sharon was named the Distinguished Salesperson of the Year for Wichita and in 1988 Sharon was awarded this honor for Kansas. For six years she served as the Zone Vice-President for the Kansas Association of Realtors and served on their Board of Directors after that. In 1992 Sharon was elected President of the Wichita Area Association of Realtors and chaired several committees prior to and after that. For the last fifteen years Sharon has been the instructor for the Ethics portion of Orientation for all new Realtors in our local Association. Ms West now serves on the South Central Kansas MLS Board of Directors.
Since its inception twenty years ago, Sharon has continuously earned the Master's Circle Award, which recognizes the top-producing agents in the Wichita area. There are only two agents who have done this all twenty years, and both are with Plaza Real Estate, Inc. Sharon works with Buyers and Sellers and closes more than fifty sales each year.
For six years Ms West served on the Friends of the Wichita Public Library Board of Governors. Sharon is the Vice-President and chair for the Membership committee. She is an active member of the West Wichita Rotary Club and will begin serving on their Board in 2005. She is a blood donor for the American Red Cross and bell ringer for the Salvation Army at Christmas.
Sharon's husband, Rex Custer, is also a Realtor with Plaza Real Estate. They have two grown sons, both living in Phoenix, AZ. Her hobbies include watching movies, reading, travel and spending time with her large family.
