RIGHT TRACK PROGRAM

Right Track Program's (RTP) mission is to provide high quality, data supported arts programming for youth participants* using the culture of Hip Hop as a vehicle for self-expression, personal development, critical thinking, and life skill acquisition. RTP offers an innovative approach: using traditional Hip Hop elements to build a rich, creative community that fosters participants' future success. Our program offers quality instruction, career exploration, and problem solving through workshops facilitated by professional teaching artists. RTP positively engages participants by acknowledging their individuality, multiple intelligences, and diverse learning styles. Our program has intentional outcomes supported by youth development principles and program review such as feedback and assessment... We are committed to producing the next generation of community, national, and global stakeholders through the art and culture of Hip Hop.
