Attorney Moran is the founder and principal of The Moran Law Group, LLC headquartered in Jermyn, Pa. He also is Of Counsel to the Scranton , Pa. based law firm of Lenahan and Dempsey, PC. Attorney Moran has been admitted to the Bars of the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and both State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts in Pennsylvania. Attorney Moran is a graduate of the University of Scranton (magna cum laude) and the Villanova University School of Law.

Lawrence J. Moran, Sr.

Attorney Lawrence J. Moran, Sr. concentrates his practice assisting the victims of serious, catastrophic and fatal injuries. As a plaintiff's lawyer he has won millions of dollars in trial verdicts and settlements for countless seriously injured victims and their families across the region.

Luke P. Moran

Luke P. Moran is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney. Luke currently focuses his practice on representing innocent victims of catastrophic injury, abuse, neglect, and criminal conduct. Luke brings a wide range of experience to the team at The Moran Law Group. Prior to joining the firm, Luke honed his trial and litigation skills in the public arena, serving a federal clerkship with Judge James M. Munley of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and then as a criminal prosecutor with the Luzerne County District Attorney's Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Luke gained extensive trial experience prosecuting major felony cases to verdict at both bench and jury trials, securing convictions for some of the most serious crimes in Pennsylvania, including murder, attempted murder, and high-level narcotics manufacturing. Since joining the firm in 2018, Luke has helped The Moran Law Group recover millions of dollars for seriously injured victims and their families. In 2020, Luke became a lifetime member of both the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership is limited to attorneys who have secured million-dollar and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Luke was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He received his B.A. with Honors in American Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. Luke is admitted to practice in all state courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Luke is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association.

Robert T. Moran

Robert T. Moran concentrates his practice in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury and civil rights law. He has helped The Moran Law Group recover millions of dollars for seriously injured victims and their families. Mr. Moran maintains a strong professional interest in protecting the Civil Rights of both adults and children who have been seriously mistreated by school districts and other local, state, and federal governmental entities and their employees or private industry. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have million-dollar and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. There are over 5000 members throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Mr. Moran is also a member of the The National Trial Lawyers "Top 40 Under 40." Membership into The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those trial lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law. National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 is a professional organization composed of the top trial lawyers from each state or region who are 40 or under. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Moran spent nearly a decade holding key executive positions for successful private business organizations, which ranged across a spectrum of disciplines, including energy and environmental services; technology and software; international import/export; human services; and real estate. Mr. Moran is a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School. He received a B.S. in Liberal Studies and an A.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton. Mr. Moran served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Munley, former president judge of Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar, Bar of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Lackawanna County Bar Association. Mr. Moran is a renowned pro bono advocate for military veterans and their families. He appears nightly on NBC-affiliated WBRE-TV as host and contributor to the popular television program Veterans' Views. Veterans' Views offers discussion and advice on relevant laws and programs directly impacting the veteran community at the local, state, and national level. Bob and his wife, Stacey, are the loving parents of two children, Ruby and Maxwell.
