Andrew Dobbie is the Founder and Director of MadeBrave, a full-service digital creative agency based in Glasgow. A Graphic Designer and Photographer by trade, Andrew spent 8 years as a Creative Director before starting MadeBrave with just £1000 in the bank and a 2-week-old baby.
The business doubled turnover from year 1 to year 2 and now three years on, the agency now employs 20 people and services high-profile brands such as Aggreko, Springbank Distillery, Linn Products, Arup and The SSE Hydro. The company's performance has been recognised in the form of two awards, one of which was for Andrew himself, who was awarded Outstanding Contribution by a Young Business Leader at the 2014 Inspiring City Awards.
Despite a busy three years of growing and developing a busy agency, Andrew also managed to co-found Tinggly.com, a gift experience website - applying his knowledge and skills in branding, design and marketing to the project.
With one eye always on the next opportunity, Andrew is now in the process of launching MadeSocial, which will offer social media training and support to brands looking to improve their social presence.

Brian Fulton is a Director of Holdfast Entertainment Group in Glasgow. He joined Holdfast (then CPL) in 1999 as their Financial Controller, became their Director of Finance and now, in addition to undertaking the role of Finance, has responsibility for the Group's Operational functions.
Prior to CPL, Brian worked in London as Financial Controller for the advertising agency Partners BDDH, which had been a client of his previous employer Pannell Kerr Forster whom he had joined in 1996.
Brian has a BAcc from the University of Stirling, and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland since1996.
Elected Council Director of Glasgow Chamber of Commerce in 2008, Brian has been a member of the Board since January 2009.
He is Treasurer and a Trustee of Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy in Scotland. Brian volunteers as a leader for the Beaver Scouts and coaches children's rugby for West of Scotland. He is married with two children.

Carol Henry has been People Director of the Arnold Clark Group for eight years. After gaining a B.A. (Hons) in Business Management with HR, she spent three years at Scottish Power in an HR role before Joining the Arnold Clark Group in 2002.
Today, Carol leads all of the departments that create the Arnold Clark employee experience. Together these department support over 11,000 employees across the UK; this includes over 200 Arnold Clark branches, two head office locations and three GTG training facilities.
Passionate about employee engagement, Carol sets the tone for the Group's diversity, inclusion and wellbeing strategies, while spearheading the way for youth and female recruitment in the automotive industry. The incredibly successful Girls with Skills initiative works to break gender stereotypes in the automotive industry, giving young women the opportunity to start a career at Arnold Clark. A chartered fellow of the CIPD, Carol strives to deliver the best possible employee experience, ensuring the values of Arnold Clark are upheld for every employee in the business. In 2018, Carol oversaw the launch of ‘Space', the Group's first employee wellness platform, which hugely supported employees throughout the challenges of 2020.

Gillian Docherty is Chief Commercial Officer at the University of Strathclyde. Gillian has responsibility for Innovation & Industry Engagement, Research & Knowledge Exchange Services, Campus Support and Marketing & Development. As a member of the Executive Team, she works across the institution to drive forward the University's sector-leading activities with industry and support Scotland and the UK's economic recovery from the global pandemic.
Gillian was appointed Chair of Scotland's AI Alliance, created to drive forward the recommendations in the AI Strategy for Scotland.
Formerly of IBM, Gillian is a TED speaker and was named Digital Leader 2018 for the UK, she received an Outstanding Achievement Award at Scotland's Women in Technology Awards in 2019.

Paul Little is Principal and Chief Executive of City of Glasgow College. Preceding the merger he was Principal and Chief Executive of Central College Glasgow from 2007.
