We are VTCS, a privately owned enterprise which seeks to deliver training and consultancy services to individuals, groups and organisations from the private, community, voluntary and statutory sectors, regardless of ability or disability... Many individuals, societies and organizations in the UK and abroad are campaigning on behalf of and are actually working hard to support blind and partially sighted people. VTCS aims to join them in creating a world where the vision impaired are equal to their peers, and where all access barriers are done away with.
