At Wahaca we shook things up and started doing things a little differently... We want to help you make food choices that are better for the planet, so we've added the carbon impact of our dishes to our menu. We've partnered with the climate experts at Klimato to do the calculations and share this information with you... Ever since, we've worked hard to match the flavours of Mexico with ingredients that we can get hold of to create a constantly evolving, seasonal menu with ingredients sourced as locally as possibly, or grown and transported with care for the environment.
