Dr. Ljiljana Mitic

Ljiljana has more than 25 years' experience in the IT industry. She was Global Head of financial services and a member of the executive committee at Atos SE, following its takeover of Siemens IT Solutions and Services GmbH, where she headed the worldwide banking and insurance sales business. Ljiljana has also held senior roles at Hewlett-Packard and WestLB AG. Since 2016, she has focused on technology start-ups as a Senior Partner of Impact51 AG. Ljiljana is a non-executive director of Grenke AG, a global financing partner for small and medium-sized companies.

Dr. Ros Rivaz

Ros was appointed as the Group's Designated Non-Executive Director for Workforce Engagement in 2017. Ros is a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at Victrex plc. Ros is Chair of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and a Non-Executive Director of the Ministry of Defence - Defence Equipment and Support Board, where she is a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees and is a Non-Executive Director at Luxembourg-based Aperam SA. She was a Non-Executive Director of ConvaTec plc, RPC Group plc, CEVA Logistics AG, Rexam plc and Deputy Chair of the Council of the University of Southampton for 10 years. Ros was previously Chief Operating Officer for Smith & Nephew plc and held senior management positions in global companies including Exxon, Diageo, ICI and Tate & Lyle Group. Ros Rivaz is our nominated Non-Executive Director aligned to our people. She engages with groups such as our European Works Councils and our UK National Forum and attends People Panel and Employee Impact Group sessions. This allows her to gain direct insight from employees and share it with the Board, ensuring that their input is taken into account. These interactions are highly appreciated by the employee groups and feedback regarding Ros's engagement is unanimously positive.

Fraser Phillips

Legal and Compliance Director, Fraser advises on large services engagements, particularly those involving multiple partners. He took on his current role in 2013 after a six-year tenure as Head of Legal in the UK. Fraser qualified as a barrister in 1997 and has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

Jim Yeats

Jim joined Computacenter in May 2018 and is responsible for Service Design, Transition and Transformation, and Service Management in all Group Operating Countries and is also a member of the Group Executive Committee. Jim was previously at Accenture for 10 years, where his most recent role was Global Quality and Risk Managing Director for Accenture's Health and Public Services (H&PS) business. Jim has also held a number of other leadership roles including, Chief Executive Officer of Edinfor at LOGICACMG; Vice President for IT and Customer Services at TXU; and an Associate Partner at Andersen Consulting. Jim has a BA (Honours) in Natural Science from Cambridge University.

John Beard - Chief Commercial Officer

John joined Computacenter's inaugural graduate scheme in 1995 and spent 25 years in a variety of Sales and Sales Leadership roles in the UK&I business. This included running Industry sales and Solutions sales teams. As Chief Commercial Officer John now leads the team which has responsibility for the Technology Sourcing business, focussed on enabling the success of our customers by being a trusted, agile and innovative provider of technology around the world.

Julie O'hara

Julie is responsible for the delivery of services to Computacenter's customers worldwide. Re-joining Computacenter in 2014, Julie was responsible for all services delivered to UK clients, extending her scope globally in 2017. Julie spent 2 years at Colt as VP for Services and Solutions, where she ran Service Management, Contract Management, Consultants and Architects across Europe. Prior to this, she worked at Computacenter and IBM in a number of technical service and sales-related positions, and has been in the IT industry for almost 30 years.

Kevin Shank

As part of Computacenter's acquisition of Pivot in November of 2020, Kevin became the President of Computacenter North America. He joined Pivot in 2015, and was appointed President in January 2016. He brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the IT industry in sales, service operations, profit-loss management, and acquisition integration. Prior to joining Pivot, Kevin spent nine years at CompuCom, most recently as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Services Officer (CSO), with responsibility for leading approximately 9,000 of CompuCom's 11,500 associates. Under his leadership, CompuCom grew to be one of the largest device management companies in North America (Gartner, 2013). Before his promotion to CSO, Kevin served as Senior Vice President, Service Sales and Delivery. During this tenure, he and his teams created a significant return for stock holders, investors, and equity partners. He also co-led the integration of two major acquisitions. Kevin joined CompuCom through the acquisition of GE's IT Solutions (GE ITS) business unit. While at GE ITS, he led sales and operations for their largest services region. Kevin graduated with a dual bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from Indiana University (FW).

Lieven Bergmans

Lieven is responsible for all customer relationships and engagements France, as well as Computacenter's growth in Europe outside of Germany and the UK. He joined Computacenter as a team leader for Belgium's consulting division in 2000. By 2008, he had been appointed to the role of General Manager for Computacenter Benelux, with responsibilities including aligning local business to the services and solutions portfolio and growing market share. From 2015 to 2018, he brought stability and growth to the French business unit, before taking on his current broader responsibilities.

Mark Slaven - CIO

Mark joined Computacenter in 2001 as UK Information Services Director. Following the acquisition of the German business in 2003 his role expanded to cover all Group companies as Group CIO. He is responsible for all of Computacenter's systems and infrastructure and has played a key role in the design and development of most of the systems in use across the Group.

Mike Norris - CEO

Mike Norris has been Computacenter's Chief Executive since 1994. As well as spearheading the Group's strategy and growth ambitions, he is responsible for ensuring the company delivers value to its customers and shareholders. Mike joined Computacenter's sales team in 1984 after graduating from university. He went on to hold a number of roles before taking over the management reins in 1994. Mike has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of East Anglia and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science from Hertfordshire University. We're proud of what we've achieved, and we'll continue to improve, invest, and innovate. Mo Siddiqi

Mo is responsible for Computacenter's Strategy, Marketing and the development of smaller & new country markets. Since joining Computacenter in 1997, he has held a number of senior sales and operational roles, notably leading the company's international development for over 15 years. Mo has helped to shape the company's global positioning through a mixture of organic growth, customer wins, business start-ups and acquisitions. We're proud to create a workplace where people can be engaged and comfortable to be their best selves. Neil Hall

Neil leads Computacenter's UK and Ireland business, and is accountable for all customer relationships and engagements in the region. Neil joined the company in 2001 with the acquisition of GE-CITS UK, and has held management positions in the UK and Germany for more than twelve years. From 2013-2016, Neil led the Group's strategic development in contracted services, including architecture, commercial offerings and client engagements.

Pauline Campbell

Pauline Campbell is a recently retired PricewaterhouseCoopers ('PwC') Audit Partner who brings over 30 years of experience in the profession. Pauline also served on the Governance Board of the UK firm including the Public Interest Body and the equivalent body at PwC's Global Network, so brings a wealth of governance experience. Pauline is a Non-Executive Director of Micro Focus International plc.

Peter Ryan

Reiner Louis

Joining the company in 1994 as Head of Customer Services, Reiner went on to hold various managerial positions, leading a variety of teams from sales to consultancy. He was also responsible for designing and implementing the company's service management systems.

Rene Haas

Rene is a US national. He has over 30 years' experience in executive and general management, marketing and sales. He is currently a Group President of Arm Limited, the world leader in semiconductor IP and provider of IoT device and data management platforms. Prior to his current role, Rene was, amongst other appointments, Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing at Arm and spent seven years as Vice President and General Manager Computing Products at NVIDIA Corporation.

Sarah Long - CHRO

Sarah has over 25 years' experience in the Tech industry. She originally joined Computacenter in 1996 and spent 12 years in various Sales and Service Leadership roles. Between 2008 and 2018 she consulted to a number of Tech organisations across Europe, advising on Strategic Growth and Organisational Change. Sarah re-joined Computacenter in March 2019 to lead the Group People Strategy and in-country HR functions. Sarah graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Technology and Design. Being a socially responsible business benefits the environment, the community, our shareholders, customers, and employees alike. We are therefore committed to carrying out business responsibly and we remain a committed signatory of the United Nations Global Compact. As part of this, we incorporate the Ten Principles of the UNGC into our strategy, culture, and day-today operations, as part of our ethical and responsible business practices. It really struck me how much research and science related to neurolinguistic behaviour has been developed and proven over the last decade. You can see how incorporating a common frame-set, vocabulary and leadership techniques have helped us evolve as a leadership team, and in the way we are developing together.

Tony Conophy - CFO

Responsible for all Group financial activities, Tony Conophy has been Computacenter's Group Finance Director since 1998. A member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants since 1982, Tony joined Computacenter in 1987 as a Finance Controller. In 1991 he became General Manager of Finance, and in 1996 was appointed Finance and Commercial Director of Computacenter UK., with responsibility for all financial, purchasing and vendor relations activities. In March 1998 he was appointed Group Finance Director. Business travel can have a significant impact our CO 2 emissions. We all have a vital role to play in reducing our CO 2 footprint wherever possible. By changing the way we work and travel, each one of us can take steps to protect our environment and collectively make a big difference towards reducing our CO 2 output.
