Andre is one of those guys who just loves a challenge, give him a fault on a car and his training goes into overdrive until he comes up with the solution. A great guy to have on our team.

Chris, has been working for the company since 1996. He finished his apprenticeship here, moving up the ladder from a mechanic to become our Senior Diagnostic Technician. He now manages FCC with his team of mechanics and technicians. His role also involves training and overseeing the workshop staff.
Chris is our ‘Mastermind' on vehicle running problems. He is our diagnostic and technical expert with a vast experience and knowledge in problem solving work.
Dom is a valued member of the team here at FCC. With the Bosch training programme that Dom has undertaken he is now our diagnostic technician. Like all our guys he continues along a pathway of ongoing training and development. There is no standing still in our line of work with new technology. QUALIFICATIONS Qualified mechanic. Extensive Bosch technical qualificationstraining. Mot Tester Certified Air conditioning techician Hybrid/Electric cars trained
Gary has many years' experience as a service advisor.
He manages our service reception and workshop with Chris. He is one of the main points of contact you will have when your vehicle comes into the garage. His job is to oversee it's progress through the workshops and communicate with you on that process throughout the day.
Gary has worked for main dealers in the past but now prefers the friendliness and caring focus of a local independent garage. He brings to FCC a valuable skill set of competence with a caring attitude for each customers experience with us.

Lynne oversees our accounts and administration.
She has been working for Fields Car Centre since 1997!

Mike has over 40 years' experience in vehicle Service and Repair. Like his brother Richard, he is a mechanic by trade.
His role now is developing the garage and managing the growing business.
Mike writes regular motoring blogs, some of which have been for the local newspaper.

Richard is joint owner of Fields Car Centre with brother Mike Field. He has been in the motor trade since leaving school in 1971. Richard served his apprenticeship with Vauxhall before setting up FCC in 1981. After many years working as a mechanic and running the day to day workshop, he is now overseeing the overall management of FCC.
Sal is one of our senior mechanics. He has nearly 37 years experience in mechanical vehicle repair. He is one of our longest standing members of the workshop team, as well as being one of our most knowledgeable service mechanics. His expertise is in brake & clutch replacement.
