ALLERGY & ASTHMA CENTER OF DUNCANVILLE - Key Persons

I am from New Orleans, Louisiana and I graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2017 with a Bachelor's is Biological Sciences. I spent the next 2 years working as a medical assistant at Urgent Care/Family Medicine. I graduated from the PA program at LSU Health Science Center at Shreveport in 2021. I wanted to become a PA because I was always seeing patients come who felt confused on their symptoms, conditions, and treatments. I wanted to learn more about medicine and be able to treat patients as well as help them have a better understanding of their health.

Jesse Astorga is a board-certified Physician Assistant who joined Asthma and Allergy Center of Duncanville in 2020. He graduated from Louisiana State University Health Science Center with his Master of Physician Assistant Studies. He is a native Texan and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Texas Tech University. He decided to specialize in Allergy and Immunology to help patients improve their quality of life as he has first-hand experience of what it is like to battle with allergies since childhood. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys being outdoors, watching his favorite sports teams, and refining his culinary skills. Jesse looks forward to meeting you and your family!

Kevin Nguyen is a board-certified Physician Assistant, with experience in Emergency/Primary Care medicine, who joined Asthma and Allergy Center of Duncanville in 2020. Kevin is a graduate from AT Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019. Kevin is from Arlington, Texas, where he completed his Bachelor of Science at University of Texas at Arlington and Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
