In 2004, to help us better serve our customers, Boone Valley acquired a hardwood sawmill facility in Hermann, Missouri. Our custom crate and box operation was started in 2008, and we continue to add capabilities to meet our customers' needs including a program to provide heat treated lumber for export... We are thankful for the business we have been given and the customer relationships we have been blessed with. A portion of the proceeds of every order we receive is sent monthly to help support the Palmer Home for Children. These wonderful folks provide a home for children who have lost their parents or are the victims of abuse or neglect. They work very hard to keep siblings together, and provide as much of a regular "home" setting as possible by letting the children live in cottages with a "house parent" rather than dorm style facilities.
