Erica founded Brady & Co in 2014, after a lengthy career working for wine label printing firms in the pre-press and art departments, and as the internal graphic designer for a large Barossa winery. Erica has a strong production background in wine label printing and has studied Graphic Pre-press and Visual Arts. She takes great pride in Brady & Co's customer service and business management, and oversees creative direction of their small team of designers.
Kim hails from a winemaking family, with brother and father both winemakers, and after initially studying Oenology, Kim switched to Visual Communication where he specialised in wine packaging. He was hired straight out of university by a prominent Adelaide studio as their gun wine packaging designer and he moved across two other studios in the same capacity, prior to joining Brady & Co in 2016. Kim has a pure design background matched only by his passion for wine and the wine industry.
