CANITY

Canity is an e-learning training platform offering video based micro-learning content for teams. Our training is broadly grouped into customer service training courses, health and safety training courses and business etiquette training courses... We use Canity for training all of our office staff, firstly when they begin working with us and then every six months to refresh our skills and make sure we are providing the best service possible. Phone Skills is our go to course as we spend a lot of our days on the phone to clients, staff and other companies but we have utilised a lot of the other courses too... We have been using Canity training for a number of years and continue to benefit with real value! The training modules are a great resource for our new and our existing team.
