Strategic Initiatives & Administration (SIA), led by the Deputy CIO, provides leadership and oversight for project and portfolio management in ITS, including direct project management for large-scale, highly visible, or strategic projects. On a rotating basis, SIA often includes a team that is developing and/or implementing a new strategic service.
