Our company has been using Freight+ for over 14 years. We love how the integration with our accounting system makes shipping sales orders a simple, streamlined process for our shipping department. The LTL, UPS, and FedEx screens all have the same consistent look and feel, and tracking numbers and shipping costs are updated back to the accounting system immediately which helps us and our customers. Once Freight+ is up and running as requested, extra support is usually not needed. However, if you do experience a problem that stops your shipping, they will diagnose it and have things working again in a short time. Very few companies offer that kind of support anymore.
