Having been trained under the Chicago Title banner in construction escrow, Chris has a fabulous reputation in the industry with over 24 years experience, with 18 as a Construction Escrow Administrator. She currently handles all levels of transactions from the simplest remodeling jobs to complex commercial buildings and subdivision development.
Dave received his MBA from St. John's University in Jamaica, N.Y., graduating with honors. He entered the title insurance business in 1986 with The Ticor Title Guarantee Company of New York. Having worked his way through various levels of management positions, he joined Chicago Title Insurance in Chicago in 1994 as the Lake County Manager when CT acquired Ticor. Dave, along with the other members of the team, used his 28 years in the business to build a title agency that provides excellent customer service to the real estate community. Dave is twice a Past President of the Illinois Land Title Association.
Erin joined GMT in December 2014 after serving six years as a National Events Coordinator with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Her sharp attention to detail, organizational skills and past experience with coordinating logistics allows Erin to provide a high level of customer service when coordinating and facilitating real estate closings. Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Classics, Psychology and Theology from Valparaiso University, graduating with honors.
With over 37 years of experience (27 years with Chicago Title), Howard has underwritten transactions in the Chicago Metro Area from the simplest refinance to major commercial development projects. Howard's knowledge of title law and underwriting is unsurpassed. Under the auspices of Chicago Title and the Illinois State Bar Association, Howard has written numerous articles relating to real estate law and practice. Howard received his Law Degree from DePaul University, College of Law.
Karen has amassed over 22 years in the real estate industry starting in the title industry in 1992, dabbling along the way as a mortgage broker, real estate broker and paralegal. Most of her experience however relates to her exceptional closing ability (having been once nominated as closer of the year by the IMBA) with high energy, great numbers aptitude and a personable approach to customer service.
Lisa's 22 years of experience in the Real Estate industry includes: 15 years of closing real estate transactions for a large national underwriter, Data Integrity Manager with a large national REIT and Office Manager with a commercial litigation law firm in Chicago. Lisa's valuable and comprehensive background, parallels the "Customer Focus Experience" GMT strives to provide in every transaction.
With over 30 years of experience in the Residential Mortgage Industry, Lisa joined GMT in September 2019. Lisa's experience includes: Loan Origination, Operations Management, Account Management and Sales Training. Her past experience and industry knowledge allows her to support our title and escrow staff as well as assist and direct customer inquiries.
Lynne has over 31 years in the business as title officer and commercial closer. Prior to joining our team in 2005, Lynne began her development in the title business in 1983. She eventually became the operations manager at a title agency that specialized in commercial and new construction transactions handling every facet of the business from searches to examining to underwriting and closing. She prides herself on her quick responses to your issues.

Paul has an accounting degree from The University of Illinois and the successful completion of the CPA exam. Needless to say, he has an aptitude for numbers. Paul has a unique ability to make everyone feel comfortable and confident regarding the real estate closing. Using his 24 plus years of experience, he is tenacious when it comes to expediting answers and obtaining funding numbers from our lender partners.
Samantha's past experience in the Real Estate Industry includes working in Administrative and Office Management positions with a Construction Company and Real Estate Brokerage and Law Firm. This past experience has assisted with Samantha's successful growth and development as a residential closer allowing her to provide a high level of customer service to all clients.

Sharon has been in the title insurance industry over 28 years (20 of those with Chicago Title). Besides her extensive experience with title and escrow issues, she has served in the title industry as a commercial accounts manager, a residential sales manager and a marketing director. Sharon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and has led numerous management, sales training and public speaking programs. With a strong commitment to customer service, Sharon has been successful in growing business partnerships through her understanding and communication of client needs.
Tracy joined GMT with over 25 years of experience in the title industry. Just prior to joining GMT Tracy worked with Fidelity National Title Group in Schaumburg as a Closing Officer. She is well versed in closing residential and commercial transactions and is a welcome addition to our experienced team.
