Adam brings over 20 years of professional experience in the investment industry. He has worked in the US and UK and gained expertise from companies like PPF, Morgan Stanley, and Brookdale Group.
For the past 13 years, he has been focusing on venture capital investments. Adam actively seeks and invests in startups with innovative technologies in the CEE and SEE regions, with high potential for expansion and global success.
He holds an MBA from the London Business School in Entrepreneurship and Private Equity and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies in International Relations and International Finance in Baltimore.

A successful serial entrepreneur and investor based in New York. Amit has launched several successful start-ups acquired by well-known companies such as Intuit and Sabre. He supports not only early-stage start-ups but also internationally well-established corporations.
David has lived, studied, and worked in four countries. Prior to joining J&T Ventures in 2020, he gained experience mainly at Ernst & Young in Zurich, focusing on the financial sector. David seeks out the hidden gems behind the stellar founders from the SEE/CEE region and helps them realize and develop to their full potential. He also builds relationships with investors, primarily in the DACH region. He holds two Master's degrees - from Tilburg University and the Prague University of Economics and Business. In his spare time, David enjoys mountain climbing.

A founding member of the London-based venture capital fund Hoxton Ventures and a business angel actively involved in the UK government's technology and innovation policy. Prior to founding his own fund, Hussein worked at Accel Partners, focusing on e-commerce, fintech, and software. He has also previously worked in several strategy and product roles at Microsoft.

Jakub has been working with startups for more than five years. He has worked for tech startups in London and New York City, where he held various roles - from operations to fundraising. He also experienced entrepreneurship firsthand as the co-founder of a platform that helps users find survey respondents. Jakub graduated from University College London, where he received a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Technology. He loves traveling - and once visited 10 countries across 4 continents in 82 days as part of a round-the-world trip.

Kurt is a partner at SEEDS of Innovation, a Taiwanese venture capital fund focused primarily on medicine, bio-technology and green technologies. He has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity. He currently holds a senior position at Everglory Holdings, is a Managing Director at EarthGenMaterial Corp. and a Chief Investment Consultant at Evergreen Marine Group. Previously, Kurt held key positions at Lehman Brothers and was a Senior Associate in Liquit Credit at Deutsche Bank.
Martin has over 15 years of professional management experience across various roles (CzechInvest, Language Institute, IDE, VŠE) and 12 years of entrepreneurial experience. In 2007, he founded the oldest startup competition, Vodafone Idea of the Year, which has become a key event for startups in the Czech Republic. In 2008, he co-founded the Institute for Entrepreneurial Development. Martin holds a PhD from the University of Economics and Business in Prague, focusing on the Angel Investing environment in the Czech Republic. He also serves as a board member of xPORT VŠE Business Accelerator. Martin is passionate about developing and supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Czech Republic, particularly among young people.
First joining a startup out of high school, Matous has been involved in the startup industry since a young age. While studying abroad, he spent two years as a VC analyst and a year as a project manager in a transformation team. Matous graduated from the University of London with a degree in Computer systems engineering. He loves playing the piano and travelling.
Miri has been a part of J&T Ventures since its inception, handling payments and cash flow processing. He has extensive experience in process management, team coordination and organization in smaller companies. Previously, she held the position of Head of Operations at the fintech company XTB, where she was responsible for managing the internal processes of the Czech and Slovak branches. For the past ten years, he has been managing the Nápad Roku startup competition, where he is in charge of ensuring processes, logistics and coordination of startup teams.
Tadeáš joined the J&T Ventures team after nearly three years of experience in financial controlling within the finance sector. He worked as a controlling specialist in the financial department of BNP Paribas Cardif Services and as a controller at the fintech company Chytrý Honza. Prior to that, Tadeáš was part of the capital markets team at Deloitte, specializing in regulatory compliance advisory services for banks and other financial institutions. He holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Economics in Prague. He enjoys scuba diving and board games in his spare time.
Zuzka works as a Principal at J&T Ventures. Before joining the fund, she held various financial positions. She was the CFO of the financial company Chytrý Honza, worked for a Czech Private Equity fund focused on renewable energy, worked on auditing at EY, and was a Financial Controller for a Czech property development company. Zuzka graduated from the University of Economics in Prague.
