Michael graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in May 1973. Upon graduation he worked for Weinick Sanders & Co. before venturing out on his own and becoming a partner at Crystal and Goodman. He subsequently joined the firm of Sheft Kahn and Company which was a predecessor to the firm KGS LLP where he became one of the Senior partners. During his 30+ years as a licensed Certified Public Accountant he worked on various matters of Tax and Accounting. He has worked on both publicly traded and privately held companies. His vast experience in many specialized industries includes garment center, construction, health and beauty aid, health care, restaurants, retail, wholesale/retail food, non-profit and many other manufacturing, distributing and service businesses.

Steven graduated from Ohio State University in June 1975. Upon graduation he worked for Norman J. Elliot and Company. He subsequently joined the firm of Sheft Kahn and Company which was a predecessor to the firm KGS LLP where he was one of the Senior Partners. During his 30+ years as a licensed Certified Public Accountant, he has worked on various matters of Tax and Accounting. He has worked on both publicly traded and privately held companies. His vast experience in many specialized industries includes check cashing, construction, funeral homes, health and beauty aid, health care, hospital supplies, real estate management, restaurants, retail, wholesale food and many other manufacturing, distributing and service businesses.
