Laterite Ridge is located 130km east of Perth and 35 km east of York in the Wheatbelt of Western Australia. The climate is cool winters and hot dry summers with an average rainfall of only 400mm per year... Laterite ridge is establishing a 30 ha olive grove of both oil and table olive varieties, planted on the traditional 10 metre by 10 metre pattern allowing for pasture and crop development within the grove... Laterite Ridge aims to produce quality olive oil and table olives in a chemical free environment. This process starts with the soil and ends on your plate.
