Chad Mills, who has been with McCarthy's for over 10 years in a leadership position becomes the CEO. Joining Chad Mills is serial entrepreneur and investor and advisor Paul LeBlanc of 7th Wave Capital. Vii Ventures also joins as investors/ advisors and includes Wayne Crawley, Brad Langille, Ian Sullivan and Craig Coady. McCarthy's Roofing was founded by George McCarthy 40 years ago. George, one of Nova Scotia's top entrepreneurs, is retiring from the business after a long and successful career.
