OSAI AUTOMATION SYSTEM - Key Persons

Carlo Ferrero

Carlo Ferrero was a dreamer, a dragger and a visionary, but also a brilliant leader with a simple and good soul. Founder of the company in 1991, he started his business in the garage of his house in Montanaro (nerby Turin, in the Piedmont region) with the aim of making special machines for assembling and testing components for the automotive industry, white goods industry and electrical engineering. For Ferrero, the human dimension is the basis for a good business, where each individual can find the opportunity and serenity to express his or her full potential. People are the main value in which he invests over the years. Because of his way of valuing people and their human dimension, his passion for innovation and technology, his almost maniacal attention to detail, as well as a far-sighted view of the world market, his Company became one of the world leaders in the industry in less than 25 years. In 2015, at the age of 46, Carlo passed away due to a sudden and incurable illness. But the company's helm remains in the hands of the Ferrero family with his sister Mirella: formerly CFO and Legal Representative who has always been at Carlo's side. She thus lead the company in the following years together with a team of close-minded managers, ensuring its continuity and growth, culminating in its listing on the stock exchange in 2020. In 2016, the Carlo Ferrero ONLUS Association was founded in his memory.

Segui Mr. Osai

Segui Mr. Osai per ripercorrere con lui la storia della nostra azienda e restare sempre aggiornato sulle nostre ultime novità! Con noi da più di 25 anni ti guiderà alla scoperta della realtà Osai: luoghi, valori e prodotti. Osai Group's headquarters are in Italy, in Parella, a small town in the heart of Canavese, near Turin. This is where most of the production and coordination of the entire sales department takes place, within the town's historic and centuries-old paper mill, whose origins date back to the 1400s. From 2022 there is a new production plant in Colleretto Giacosa and from 2024 one in Samone, respectively two and six kilometers away from the headquarters. In addition to the Italian sites, we have three subsidiaries in China, the United States and Germany. We also rely on a global network of distributors and partnerships with operators that allow us widespread coverage of the main geographical areas of our interest. We also support our customers around the world in the phases after delivery and installation of products: we quickly provide on-site or remote technical assistance with after-sales services and ensure maintenance of the installed machines and system upgrades.
