Not only does Emma help with all areas of Temporary Recruitment, she also provides impeccable care to our clients and candidates, making sure that their experience with Smart 1 is the best it can possibly be.

Having worked in the recruitment industry for 12 years prior to launching Smart 1 Recruitment alongside Cathy, Mike has extensive knowledge of both the industry itself and local employment requirements. Essential professional contacts have been made and an enviable reputation built on his hard work and ability to deliver.
Sophie assists with the weekly payroll process including timesheets and invoicing. She also provides help to any candidates with holiday and pay queries.
Stuart leads our temporary recruitment division. With a background in finance and personal training, he brings a completely fresh approach and energy to the team. Working alongside Mike, Stuart assists both clients and candidates when it comes to temporary and temp to perm roles.
