Alberto Rodríguez Lauria

As Director of Structured Finance and M&A, Alberto is responsible for the acquisition and structured finance of Sunco Capital's projects. Prior to joining Sunco Capital, Alberto worked as VP of M&A and Structured Finance at Plenium Partners for 4 years (2017 - 2021). From 2014 to 2017, he was Analyst / Associate of the M&A team at Santander in Madrid, dedicated to the Power & Utilities sector. Alberto began his career in 2012 as Treasury Analyst at Santander bank in Boston. He holds a Law degree and a Business Administration degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). ACHIEVEMENTS Closed acquisitions of Solar PV assets in Spain with an aggregated EV of c. 500 Mn. Closed the acquisition of 23 MW Wind portfolio in Portugal. Raised over 1.700 Mn of debt under project finance facilities for the acquisition and financial optimization of Solar PV and Wind projects. Advised First State Investments on its acquisition of 172 MW Wind portfolio in Portugal. Advised First State Investments on its acquisition of 642 MW Wind portfolio in Portugal from Enel Green Power.

Andoni González

As Managing Director Europe, Andoni has overall responsibility for origination, operations, and asset management in Europe. Andoni brings over eighteen years of experience in the power & renewables energy infrastructure segment with more than 5GW projects undertaken, between structuring, origination, development, execution and M&A across Latin-American and EMEA markets. Prior to Sunco Capital, Andoni has been the CEO of Infrared Iberia Holdings (Iberian subsidiary of InfraRed Capital Partners (Fund V 1,2B$), leading and structuring the company activities & portfolio of >1,5GW solar projects in Spain & Portugal. From 2007 to 2019, Andoni has held senior management roles as Head of Iberia for Trina Solar (ISBU), Head of Tendering EMEA for Canadian Solar (Energy Group), Isolux Corsán (Energy Director Middle East & Africa) and Solar Energy Leader for GE Energy. Andoni started his career in the energy segment in 2003 and contributes with 15 years experience in the renewables field, supported by an electrical engineering and business administration background through the UPCT of Cartagena. ACHIEVEMENTS > 18 years of experience in the energy sector. 5GW renewable projects originated, structured and developed globally from Greenfield to Ready-to-Build Managed execution and operation of 2GW solar & wind assets globally. Fernando R. Vila - Chief Investment Officer

As CIO, Fernando is responsible for directing the analysis and selection of investments, risk analysis, due diligence process, and the legal and financial negotiations of Sunco Capital's investments. He is responsible for the fund raising and structured financed activities of the company. Prior to joining Sunco Capital in 2015, Fernando was co-founding partner of Prax Capital Management, a private-equity firm based in Shanghai. Fernando was responsible for fund structuring, fund raising, and the due diligence processes and contract negotiations of the investments. He lived in Shanghai from 2007 to 2015. From 1985 to 2004, Fernando was President and co-owner of Iberia Tiles Corporation (Miami), a company that became one of the largest distributors of ceramic tile and natural stones in the S.E. of the USA From 1981 to 1985, he was a CPA at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) in Miami, participating audits of international banks, airlines, oil brokers, development companies and agricultural businesses. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. ACHIEVEMENTS 33 years experience in leadership positions and 13 years of experience investing in renewable energy manufacturing companies. Obtained the private equity fund manager's license from CNMV (The Spanish financial markets regulator) in 2016 for Sunco Capital. Constitution of Sunco Capital Development Fund I, FCR in 2017. From 2004 to 2015, structured, raised and invested four growth capital funds totaling $500MM investing in Chinese companies, and three real estate funds totaling $300MM investing in mainland China. Led the due diligence and co-led the contract negotiations for over 25 PE transactions and 11 real estate projects. Listed 3 companies in New York, 2 in Taipei, 5 in Hong Kong and 1 in Shanghai. Investments in the energy industrial sector included panel PV manufacturers Suntech and China Sunergy, wind mill blade manufacturer HT Blade, battery manufacturer Tianneng Power, silicon crystallization kiln manufacturer JYT, sawing wire and soldering ribbon manufacturer Fundant, and natural gas distributor Suchuan Gas.

Iker San Sebastián - COO

As Chief Operating Officer, Iker is responsible for the engineering, procurement, construction and O&M of Sunco Capital's projects. Prior to joining Sunco Capital, he worked at SunEdison for 9 years, holding several senior positions in the area of operations: Global TDD Director in Global Asset Management in charge of due diligence of acquired projects from 3rd parties, implementation of best practices directed to improve performance and resolution of complex failures in operating assets, in an 8 GW portfolio. Operations Director EMEA. Operations Director North America Utility Scale. Global Engineering Director. Construction Director EMEA. Iker began his career in renewables in 2004 in Conergy. He holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Major in Electrical, Electronics and control Engineering) at Universidad de Navarra (San Sebastian, Spain). ACHIEVEMENTS Over 14 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Design, engineering and development of more than 1 GW around the world (Chile, UK, Spain, Italy, USA, Canada, …). Construction of more than 1.4 GW across North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Construction of largest Solar PV plant in Europe in 2010 (72Mwp). Julia Sáez

As Global Managing Director, Julia is responsible of the origination, operations, structured finance, and asset management in Sunco and is member of the Investment Committee. Julia brings over twenty years of experience sourcing, structuring, and executing transactions in the power & renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, across Latin-American and EMEA markets. In the 10 years prior to joining Sunco Capital, Julia has held senior Structured Finance and M&A roles in Electa Partners, SunEdison and Grupo Enhol. From 2000 to 2008 she was Analyst Structured Finance and Associate Director in Dragados Industrial , subsidiary of Grupo Dragados. She holds a Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Alcalá, and a graduate course from the University College of Galway UCG (Ireland). ACHIEVEMENTS Management of 1.1GW of PV Plants in Europe (France, UK, Italy and Spain). Marcio Trannin

As Managing Director South America, Marcio has overall responsibility for origination, operations and asset management in South America. Prior to joining Sunco Capital, Marcio was Country Manager Brazil at Enel X, ESCO of Enel Group, in the second half of 2017. From 2013 to 2017, he was Business Development Manager at Enel Green Power Brazil & Uruguay, and prior to this, Commercial Manager. From 1998 to 2011, Marcio worked with Commercial and Regulatory Affairs in Endesa Brazil, assuming different positions during the years. He is co-founder of ABEEOLICA (Brazilian Association of Wind technology), and is currently vice president of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Association of Solar Technology). He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), and a Master in Corporate and Market Finance, from the IBMEC Institute in Rio de Janeiro. ACHIEVEMENTS +20 years of experience in the energy sector. Commercialization of 1.3 GW of renewable projects (Wind, Solar PV and Hydro), with private and regulated PPAs, for a total approved investment of 1.5 bnUSD. +3.8 GW developed during the period (until Ready to Bid stage). Management of a +3GW portfolio of PPAs and management of the early termination of 2 Long Term PPAs (Hydro 658 MW and transmission asset connecting Brazil and Argentina for 2000 MW).
