Celisa Steele, co-founder and managing director of Tagoras, has spent more than 20 years designing, developing, delivering, and marketing adult lifelong learning, continuing education, and professional development. She's worked with and for organizations ranging from smaller groups like the Frameworks Institute and the Alliance of Chicago Community Health Services to large national and multinational organizations like the American Red Cross, the American College of Radiology, the Society for Human Resource Management, and WebJunction, an initiative of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Celisa was co-founder and chief operating officer of Isoph, one of the leading providers of e-learning services to the nonprofit sector. Prior to Isoph, she worked as vice president of operations for LearnSomething; in creative services at Quisic, a developer of high-end online course content for major universities and Global 2000 companies; and in curriculum development at the not-for-profit Family and Children's Resource Program, part of the School of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jackie Harman

Jackie Harman, director of content and business development at Tagoras, has two decades of experience in business and learning. She spent the early part of her career as a financial analyst in the banking software industry before deciding to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. She attended a full-time graduate program at Johns Hopkins University, becoming an elementary school teacher in a high-needs school.

Josh Goldman

Josh Goldman, CAE, director of consulting services at Tagoras, is a learning business professional with over 20 years of experience in maximizing the value associations and other organizations provide to their markets. He has deep expertise in helping learning businesses address their stakeholders' competency, credentialing, and workforce disruption needs. Josh has held senior leadership positions in local, state, regional, national, and international membership associations and nonprofits with oversight of portfolios including program development, membership, component relations, partner/business development, employer services, education, competency, credentialing, standards development, and global market entry. He has gained national attention for thought leadership on association learning, shifting from compliance to competence, microlearning, and business models focused on employer value. Josh has authored book chapters on developing a profession's body of knowledge and on enhancing individual professional development planning. His services and recognition includes an appointment as an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB/ANSI), ASTM E2659 Certificate Accreditation Program Assessor and recently was appointed to their Industry-Recognized Apprenticeship Program (IRAP) Taskforce. He has served ASAE on the professional development council, and the ASAE Foundation on its workforce development taskforce and the development committee. He was on the ASTM International: Technical Committee E36 on Accreditation & Certification when it developed the ANSI/ASTM E-2659-09 Standard for Certificate Programs. His work has been recognized in the following trade publications: 2018 TRENDS Most Innovative (Vested Learning), 2016 ASAE Power of A Silver Award (Microlearning initiative), 2015 TRENDS Bronze Award (Quick Bytes product), and the #6 most read story in Accounting Today (Learning How to Learn). Josh is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Talent Pipeline Management Academy.

Rebecca Gray

Rebecca Gray, manager of operations at Tagoras, brings years of administrative and operational expertise to the company along with experience as a business owner herself. She specializes in project management, risk management, operations, standardization, human resources support, and stakeholder management. Additionally, Rebecca has been at the forefront of growing successful business models, from start-ups to franchising companies. Prior to joining Tagoras, Rebecca worked as the head of operations at a single-source consulting firm that she helped grow to seven figures in yearly revenue. She expanded internal operational systems and managed 20+ complex projects simultaneously, along with the associated team members and stakeholders. Rebecca draws on her belief in professional development as inspiration for team collaboration, guidance, and goal-setting at Tagoras, where she will push the company's vision forward. Aside from her work at Tagoras and her drive to always be an active adult lifelong learner, Rebecca is working on credentials in other fields of interest, including becoming a certified full spectrum doula.
