Alexis started at TEEM in November 2019 as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. Alexis has a BSc (Hons) Forensic Psychology at the University Of Central Lancashire. Alexis enjoys spending time with family and friends and is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in recruitment with a growing agency.
Claire Brennan - Founder, Managing Director
Claire has worked in the recruitment industry for over 20 years and has acquired specialist knowledge of recruiting engineering, commercial and trades personnel. Her dream of owning her own recruitment company coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit meant that TEEM was born in January 2015.

Ellie joined TEEM in April 2023 after moving to the area from London.
Ellie previously worked in Early Years and Nursery Management for over 10 years, and joined the recruitment industry seeking a career change. She is looking forward to learning more about the industry and applying skills to the role.
