WORKING LIVE

Every Working Live program begins with consultancy, where we get a deep understanding of your situation and help to frame your business needs around live capability building. Together, we then draw from our theatre-based curriculum, co-designing a program to bring out the best in your people, equipping them with skills to operate effectively in live situations and take your strategy further... Programs can be shaped to include full-day Studios, coaching and on-the-job application, promoting deep change in habits and work practices. Or shorter, express sessions can be presented, to dive into elements of Working Live, providing familiarisation, inspiration and ideas to take forward. The bottom line is that we work with you and co-design to ensure your desired outcomes are met and the program works within your teams' rhythms. And if the right tools aren't available in our existing curriculum, we can create something entirely new for your needs.
