Brad Wearn

Brad is a passionate technologist with global experience in IT management, digital strategy and business process improvement across the mining, resources and financial services sectors. A career focus is shifting IT departments from traditional "one-stop shops" to facilitators of technology outcomes that drive effective consumption of fit-for-purpose technology platforms that are aligned with business needs and adapt as they change. Brad brings this experience to his role as a Director of Avivo Live Life to help guide the organisation through their digital transformation journey. As a consultant, Brad helps organisations shape and align their digital strategy with the business strategy and define the pathway to successful execution. Before consulting, Brad worked at South32 as a technology leader, responsible for setting the direction of digital services in the Australian region, focusing on operational and functional requirements while delivering regional specific technology services. He was part of the BHP Billiton demerger team that led to the formation of South32. Prior to this, Brad was Chief Information Officer at BHP Billiton Iron Ore for 10 years.

Elizabeth Antoine

Elizabeth Antoine is an accomplished technology leader holding the position of Regional Analytics Lead at Microsoft Asia. Her vision and leadership have consistently been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that empower businesses to harness the full potential of their data assets with a particular emphasis on cutting-edge technologies including Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Elizabeth Antoine has a wide-ranging background that covers a spectrum of industries, encompassing finance, retail, education, healthcare, and e-commerce. Her in-depth knowledge extends beyond technological domains; it also encompasses a profound understanding of the intricate regulatory landscapes that govern these industries. Elizabeth leverages this experience in her position as a Director at Avivo, where she plays a vital role in guiding the organization through its digital transformation journey. Elizabeth Antoine is also a University of Melbourne Research Alumni with a First-Class Honors degree in Computer Science. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at UNSW AGSM, Elizabeth continues to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Erin Marshall

Erin is a former state public servant and a current Justice of the Peace. Erin is also a member of the Curtin University Human Library. Their participants discuss various topics with readers to promote diversity and inclusion within the community. Erin was born with Cerebral Palsy. While this can be challenging at times, her diagnosis also shapes Erin's appreciation of the needs of people of all ages, with or without a disability. Erin hopes her formal training and life experience will serve her well in her new role as part of the Avivo Board.

Gohar Rind

Gohar is the managing director of Yira Yarkiny Group - a cyber security, supply chain, logistics and physical security organisation. Yira Yarkiny Group's vision is to become an organisation that enables Indigenous growth and success. Gohar has over 12 years of professional experience in ASX top 50 listed companies in the energy and resources sector, working for Woodside Energy, BHP and the Department of Finance. Gohar is a Yamatji man from the Murchison region of Western Australia. He strongly advocates for better Indigenous education, employment, health and national policy outcomes. Gohar is passionate about helping Avivo to change the narrative and challenge the status quo to create a better future for all Australians by creating a community where everyone is valued.

Liam McLagan

Liam is a lawyer with extensive experience in commercial, corporate and finance law. He is passionate about social citizenship and personal responsibility, and is delighted to help Avivo's efforts in ensuring that every customer lives an engaged, respected and fulfilled life. Liam has been part of a number of boards in both executive and advisory roles, and is keen to contribute his legal experience and enthusiasm to the Avivo Board. Liam took a break from practising law to co-found a fintech start-up, and now truly appreciates the trials and tribulations that start-ups and small business owners face. These days, Liam practices law as a director at Lark Law where he advises clients on a variety of commercial and business issues. In his leisure time, he be can found playing tennis or walking his dog.

Nick Maisey

With his background as an occupational therapist, he founded Perth-based organisation Befriend in 2010 to catalyse a movement of connectedness. Stewart Hart

Stewart has a passion for working with organisations that are committed to developing a high performing culture and leadership development. Stewart is a highly regarded financial and strategic leader in the resources industry. Stewart is delighted to bring his commercial and cultural experiences to his role as a Director with Avivo Live Life to help the organisation deliver great customer outcomes. Stewart joined BGC in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer at BGC Contracting, in 2018 he moved into the role of Executive General Manager Sales Processes responsible for various divestments of BGC assets and businesses. Stewart has led BGC teams that deliver financial and commercial services, and is responsible for leading and implementing strategies and change initiatives. Prior to BGC he was Chief Financial Officer at Western Power, and previously held several global leadership roles over a 23 year period with BHP including CFO Iron Ore during the resources boom.

Tom Monks

Tom is the legal practitioner director of Tom & Co Legal and is currently the Chair of DADAA, deputy chair of Technology for Ageing and Disability WA (TADWA), and on the board of the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board, Avivo and St Gerard's Catholic Primary School. In 2023, Tom was nominated for the Lawyer of the Year Award by The Law Society of Western Australia and successfully won the title. Tom has 46 years of lived disability experience with over 20 years of non-executive directors' experience in disability, multicultural, and youth organisations. Tom regularly advocates for people with disability including representing NDIS participants at the AAT. Prior to law, Tom was the principal consultant in a strategic development and management company based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for over eight years. Tom led a team across Southeast Asia to project manage and drive business development to define and deliver realtime insights on commercial opportunities in mining, agribusiness, and infrastructure projects.
