Catherine graduated from Queens University in Belfast with an Honours Degree in Law and Accounting, and subsequently obtained her professional qualifications from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
Catherine completed her training as a solicitor with a large Belfast City Centre firm. She moved into general practice in Lurgan following her qualification in 2007, with a particular focus on property law. She specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, and is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland Conveyancing and Property Committee.
Catherine also has extensive experience in advising clients regarding Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, in administration of estates and generally in providing private client advice as required.
Catherine joined Peter Bowles & Co Solicitors in August 2017, and works between the Comber office and the Saintfield office.

After studying law at the University of Dundee in Scotland and completing her professional training at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queens University in Belfast in 2002, Marese McEvoy was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland.
Marese has extensive experience in general practise and offers advice on a wide variety of matters including children and family matters, divorce and ancillary relief, probate and administration of estates and general conveyancing. She has been on the Children's Order Panel since 2009 and has a keen interest in this area of work.
Melissa graduated from Queens University in Belfast in 2020 with a First Class Honours Degree in Law. She graduated with a Distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2022.

Sarah-Louise graduated from Queens University in Belfast with an Honours Degree in Law and subsequently obtained her professional qualifications from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
She started her career working in a general practice firm in East Belfast dealing with conveyancing, elderly client work, administration of estates, family law and litigation.
Sarah-Louise has been with Peter Bowles & Company since 2016. She is based in the Comber branch and continues to specialise in general private client work. She has experience in acting in a large range of residential property matters. She acts for clients in the purchase and sale of houses, apartments and building sites including those buying with the assistance of Northern Ireland Co-Ownership Housing Association. She is responsible for all property related matters including mortgage transactions, applications for possessory title, boundary rectifications and dealing with complex title issues generally.
Sarah-Louise also advises on and acts in the administration of estates, the drafting of wills and matters pertaining to capacity including Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership applications.
