Catherine completed her training as a solicitor with a large Belfast City Centre firm. She moved into general practice in Lurgan following her qualification in 2007, with a particular focus on property law. She specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, and is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland Conveyancing and Property Committee. Catherine also has extensive experience in advising clients regarding Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, in administration of estates and generally in providing private client advice as required. Catherine joined Peter Bowles & Co Solicitors in August 2017, and works between the Comber office and the Saintfield office.

She is responsible for all property related matters including mortgage transactions, applications for possessory title, boundary rectifications and dealing with complex title issues generally. Sarah-Louise also advises on and acts in the administration of estates, the drafting of wills and matters pertaining to capacity including Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllership applications.
