He has a unique blend of construction management, engineering design, and overall program management experience that facilitates individual projects for owners and clients. He has a strong track record of Design-Build project delivery and is a certified DBIA Professional.

Mr. Alderman has over 22 years of experience engaging all phases of Florida infrastructure projects. He takes pride in the relationships of confidence and trust he builds with his clients and they know him as the leader that is always "At the Ready" to solve the tough infrastructure issues through his unique ability to match resources, funding, and schedule.
As the President of CPWG Constructors Mr s. Tarte is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the company including hiring decisions, facilitating banking and legal relationships, reviewing and executing all legal agreements and contracts, preparing and reporting all financial records, maintaining all insurance, business and professional licenses.
Terry Smith has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years in all phases from design thru final construction. Terry is focused on site utilities, commercial interior and exterior renovations, tenant fit-up, and construction engineering inspections.
