James offers more than 20 years' experience in every aspect of property development. He has delivered more than $700 million worth of residential and commercial projects, and also has experience working for nationally and internationally ASX listed construction and property development companies such as Stockland and FKP. During this time he has strategically acquired development land with a gross purchase price of over $300 million.
This diverse experience enables him to provide a variety of services for any stage of the property development process. With his attention to detail and extensive knowledge of every aspect of the development process, James has developed a range of strategies that ensure even the most complex project are delivered successfully.
