The Office of Equity and Compliance provides training, conducts investigations, and ensures compliance with federal and state laws related to sexual violence, Title IX, and discrimination... SIUC has classified most employees as Mandated Reporters of any knowledge they have that a member of the community is experiencing Prohibited Conduct. Mandated reporters should keep the information they receive private, but they cannot guarantee confidentiality.
